Shipping policy

Processing

Nat's Organic Lab processes orders in Calgary, Alberta, Canada within 2 to 5 business days from the day the order is placed (most orders are processed within 3 business days).  Fulfilled orders are shipped using Canada Post across Canada, to the United States, and Internationally to 240 countries.  You will be emailed a notification and tracking information (if applicable) the day the order is shipped.

Shipping

All shipping rates are estimated at the time of checkout using the expected weight of the order, and several shipping options are provided for each category of shipment to be selected by the customer.  Please see the guidelines below from Canada Post for the typical timelines for each option:

Canada

Regular = 2 - 9 days, Priority = 1 - 7 days, Xpresspost = 1 - 2 days

USA

Small Packet = 5 - 8 days, Expedited/Tracked = 4 - 7 days, Xpresspost = 2 - 3 days

International

Surface = 4 - 12 weeks, Air = 12+ days,  Packet = 6 - 10 days, Xpresspost = 4 - 7 days 

Customs

US & International shipments may be subject to additional taxes and duties.  These are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery.  Please consult your country's customs authority to confirm these fees, as well as any additional regulations surrounding the import of our products.  Nat's Organic Lab is also not liable for shipping delays due to customs handling.
