Nat’s Organic Lab is unable to offer returns or exchanges on any of its personal care products (lip balms and lip scrubs) due to the fresh and delicate nature of the formulas.  We are also unable to process returns or exchanges for any products purchased through other retail stores or websites.

However, we are proud of the 100% organic ingredients and careful craftsmanship that goes into each and every one of our products.  If there is an issue with any order from our website, please email hello@natsorganiclab.com to get in touch with us about it and we will work to make things right.  Please include “Issue with Order#” and your order number in the subject line as well as a description of the issue along with any supporting photographs in the body of the message.
